Armbars in the standing position, from the standing position to the ground, in the mount position, in the holding position, after a prevented side stretch lock, attacker between the legs, attacker in the bench position and action complexes from various areas.
The author Achim Hanke holds the 7th Dan Ju-Jutsu, 5th Dan Judo and 3rd Dan Jiu-Jitsu. He holds a Ju-Jutsu trainer A license and a Ju-Jutsu instructor license and has been teaching self-defence in various martial arts systems for 20 years. His partner Markus Stay holds the 1st Dan in Ju-Jutsu and 2nd Dan in Judo.
