Games for Martial Arts

With this film we want to introduce games for all Budo & MMA sports, that make the training interesting and support the goals and contents of training. Depending on the content of the game not only the resilience, and through that fighting, but also other necessary sport skills, like balance, coordination, reactions, orientation, power, and endurance are strengthened. Furthermore, social competences and behaviors like respect, consideration or fair play are trained. Through the game forms and games introduced in this film training contents can be conveyed in a playful way and the participants can be attuned to and motivated for the training session. The film covers 100 various games & exercises in the areas of getting to know each other, trust, cooperation and shouting. Also, games to promote coordination and strength, as well as games of catch. A big part are the different duels while standing and on the ground. The group fighting games round out the film.
