After that, we introduce interactive drills against common attacks like Jab, Cross, or Hooks.
This step-by-step approach helps students connect offensive and defensive techniques, improve reaction speed, and control distance effectively.
A special focus is placed on various defensive techniques such as Dodge, Parry, Cover Block, Bob & Weave, and Gunting.
Each technique is explained in a practical, easy-to-apply way, so it can be implemented immediately in training.
The aim of this video is to enable practitioners to train effectively, smoothly, and safely so that they can improve their fighting skills while specifically improving their decision-making skills, sense of distance, and reaction speed.
